Susan is an energetic Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with 200 Hour YTT, and over twenty years of yoga experience in Iyengar, Bikram, Ashtanga, Aerial and Power Vinyasa Yoga. Also certified in Aerial Yoga and Barre 3, Susan brings a sense of fun and playfulness to her classes as well as a wealth of knowledge on anatomy, alignment and safe practices. As an acknowledged ‘Inversion Junkie, Susan loves to help students feel the power and confidence gained from getting upside down. She hopes to inspire and empower others to enjoy the long-term physical and emotional wellbeing yoga can provide – with individual attention paid to each student. When not teaching or practicing yoga you can find Susan rock climbing, skiing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking or managing her 3 teens and 2 pups.
